$3,000 flat fee - includes filing fees

This package is perfect for a Delaware benefit corporation with up to 5 founders. Upon creation, we will authorize 10mm shares and allocate them among the founding team the way you've agreed upon. I'll also get you registered to do business in your home state. Filing fees are included.

If you'd like to form somewhere other than Delaware, have more than 5 founders, or would like to discuss more complex capitalization structures, contact me for a free consultation and custom quote. If the standard formation ends up being better for you,  you can always switch to that package.

This package will include all of the documents under the standard package plus anything else you might need based on our consultation. Typical items might include an employee stock plan, a shareholder agreement, or documents for investors.

What happens after formation?

My formation packages include everything you need to get your new benefit corporation up and running. As you grow, however, you might find that you need additional legal support. If so, I'll be a phone call or an email away and can handle virtually any non-litigation matter you come across.
